1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the jets9 platform and all related services. By accessing the platform through the jets9 website, mobile version, or any device, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on jets9 are processed through Bangladesh's mobile banking methods.

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• You may be required to use the same method for both deposits and withdrawals.

5. Bonus & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at jets9, you will receive a 200% bonus, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳22,000 gives you the maximum ৳20,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing the bonus funds. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on your original deposited amount.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time, unless jets9 explicitly permits it.
• A bonus may only apply to specified games or products.
• jets9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer. Changes will take effect from the time they are published on the website.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the relevant account may be cancelled and associated winnings may be forfeited.

6. VIP Program

The jets9 VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

By playing regularly, you can advance to higher VIP tiers and enjoy greater benefits. The detailed terms of VIP tiers are subject to change, and jets9 reserves the right to update them at any time.

7. Gaming Rules

7.1 Fair Play Policy

7.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using any software, bot, script, or automation tool.

• If an event is cancelled or suspended, the amount staked on that bet will be returned to your account.

• Payment of winnings on bets linked to suspected match-fixing may be withheld.

All content on the jets9 platform — logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is the exclusive property of jets9. Reproducing, distributing, or using this content for any purpose without prior written permission from jets9 is prohibited.
